Before and After School Care at Bishop Loveday

Breakfast Club is available from 7.45am - 8.45am. Breakfast is provided. Parents can drop off from 7.45am at the cost of £5.00 per day. 

Breakfast Club ‘Drop Off’ Session is available from 8.30am - 8.45am. No breakfast is provided. Parents can drop off at 8.30am at the cost of £1.00 per day. 

After School Club (Short Session) is available from 3.15pm - 4.15pm. The children have access to games, activities and outdoor play. The cost is £4.50 per child, per session.   

After School Club (Extended Session) is available from 3.15pm - 6.00pm. The children have access to organised games, art activities and outdoor play. A light meal is provided. The cost is £12.00 per child, per session. 

After School Club (After Clubs Session) is available from 4.15pm - 6.00pm. This WAC session is for children who will attend an After School Club but still require wraparound care until 6pm. A light meal is provided. The cost is £7.50 per child, per session.

BOOKING/CANCELLATION

Breakfast Club & Breakfast 'Drop Off' Session
Bookings/Cancellations can be made up to 11pm on the day before the session is needed.
WAC : short session (until 4.15pm)
Bookings/Cancellations can be made up to 11am on the day that the session is needed.
WAC : long session (until 6pm) & WAC : after clubs session (4.15pm until 6pm)
Bookings/Cancellations can be made up to 11pm on the day before the session is needed.

PAYMENT
Payments should be made via Arbor at the time of booking. Payments can also be made using Childcare Vouchers or via the Government Tax Free Childcare Scheme. Please email Catherine Burch-Harwood in the School Office office.3351@bishop-loveday.oxon.sch.uk to confirm the payment so that it can be credited to Arbor for you.
