Children in Early Years, Year 1, and Year 2 are all entitled to a free hot meal under the Government's Universal Infant Free School Meal Scheme. However, you can send in a packed lunch from home if you prefer.

School Meals 

Our school meals are provided by Fresh Start. They are freshly prepared every day in our on-site kitchen using fresh produce from local suppliers.

Fresh Start use an online system called Meal Manager where you can order your child's meal. 

Ordering
Fresh Start open the Meal Manager to order six times each academic year. That’s every half term.
You have the choice to order for a half term, a few weeks or just a week at a time and we offer the flexibility of ordering any day of the week.

Deadlines
Fresh Start ask that you to order by 9am on Thursday of the week before you wish your child to have a meal. Their late ordering system allows you to place an order online up until 9am on the day and for the remainder of the week for either a jacket potato/pasta (depending on the day of the week) or deli option.

Packed Lunches

As part of our Healthy Schools Campaign we promote healthy lunch boxes, therefore no chocolate, sweets or fizzy drinks please.

Break time snacks are natural fruit and vegetables only. Free fruit and vegetables are provided for children in the Early Years and KS1.
