Before and After School Care at Bishop Loveday

Breakfast Club is available from 7.45am - 8.45am at a cost of £5.00 per session. Breakfast is provided, which can be cereal, toast, yoghurt and fruit juice, with a hot option on a Friday.

Breakfast Club ‘drop off’ session is available from 8.30am - 8.45am at a cost £1.00 per session. No breakfast is provided.

After School Club (Short Session) is available from 3.15pm - 4.15pm at a cost of £4.50 per session. A biscuit is provided along with access to organised games and outdoor play. 

After School Club (Extended Session) is available from 3.15pm - 6.00pm at a cost of £12.00 per session. The children have access to organised games, art activities and outdoor play. They also have a light meal ie. pasta, filled wrap, pizza, and salad is provided.

This club started out as our Wrap Around Care. The initials WAC were on the folder. When talking with the children about an official ‘name’ for the club, they announced that it already had one, ‘WACKY CLUB’. It has been fondly called WAC ever since!

BOOKING/CANCELLATION
No bookings/cancellations are available after these times.
Breakfast Club & Breakfast 'Drop Off' Session:
Bookings/Cancellations can be made up to 11pm on the day before the session is needed.
WAC: short session (until 4.15pm):
Bookings/Cancellations can be made up to 11am on the day that the session is needed.
WAC: long session (until 6pm):
Bookings/Cancellations can be made up to 11pm on the day before the session is needed.

PAYMENT
Payments should be made via Arbor at the time of booking. Payments can also be made using Childcare Vouchers or via the Government Tax Free Childcare Scheme. Please email Catherine Burch-Harwood in the School Office office.3351@bishop-loveday.oxon.sch.uk to confirm the payment so that it can be credited to Arbor for you.
