Welcome to Bishop Loveday Church of England Primary School. Starting primary school is an exciting milestone for both children and families, and we are committed to making the transition as smooth, positive, and enjoyable as possible. Parent Information Evening | Wednesday 4th November 2026

Our Parent Information Evening is designed to help families gain a clear understanding of life at our school and what to expect as your child begins their journey with us. During the meeting you will meet key staff, learn about our curriculum as well as our pastoral care, routines, and expectations, and have the opportunity to ask questions. We aim to provide parents with the information, reassurance, and support they need to feel confident and excited about joining our school community and working in partnership with us to help every child thrive.

Everyone is welcome to attend and there is no need to book - we look forward to meeting you! 

One to One Tours

A one-to-one tour enables you to have a tour of the whole school. This will enable you to get a feel of the entire environment and work out if our school is the right place for your child. It also gives you an opportunity to ask questions. You can book a tour by contacting the School Office using the email address: admin.3351@bishop-loveday.oxon.sch.uk.

Stay and Play in Early Years 

We will be opening up the Early Years environment for yourself and your child to experience a 'stay and play' session where you have the opportunity to explore and play with your child.

As soon as the dates of these sessions have been confirmed, they will be published here, together with details of how to book.
