Our School Improvement Plan serves as the catalyst to fulfil our Christian vision. 

Our three key priorities are:

- To fully embed a high-quality curriculum in all subjects, to support all children to engage fully in their learning; know and remember more and achieve the best possible outcomes, no matter what their starting point.

- To fully embed a research-led CPD programme that supports and positively impacts both high quality teaching and improved staff knowledge. 

- To embed a leadership structure, across the school, that supports the developing culture and ethos of the school community and drives improvement.
