Before and After School Care at Bishop Loveday

Breakfast Club is available from 7.45am - 8.45am at a cost of £5.00 per session. Breakfast is provided, which can be cereal, toast, yoghurt and fruit juice, with a hot option on a Friday.

Breakfast Club ‘drop off’ session is available from 8.30am - 8.45am at a cost £1.00 per session. No breakfast is provided.

After School Club (Short Session) is available from 3.15pm - 4.15pm at a cost of £4.50 per session. A biscuit is provided along with access to organised games and outdoor play. 

After School Club (Extended Session) is available from 3.15pm - 6.00pm at a cost of £12.00 per session. The children have access to organised games, art activities and outdoor play. They also have a light meal ie. pasta, filled wrap, pizza, and salad is provided.

This club started out as our Wrap Around Care. The initials WAC were on the folder. When talking with the children about an official ‘name’ for the club, they announced that it already had one, ‘WACKY CLUB’. It has been fondly called WAC ever since!

Places on any of the above childcare provisions have to be booked in advance and paid via ParentPay. 

BOOKING: places must be booked in advance on ParentPay. The long WAC (until 6pm) session must be booked by a Wednesday of the week before. All other sessions can be booked up to 7pm of the evening before. 

PAYMENT: payments should be made via ParentPay Please add funds to the relevant payment item so that monies can be taken after each session. Payments can also be made via Childcare Vouchers or Tax Free Vouchers . Please choose Bishop Loveday School when applying for vouchers and email the School Office office.3351@bishop-loveday.oxon.sch.uk with the payment reference and which sessions you would like the funds to be allocated to in ParentPay.
